We are excited to officially get our 2019 Beer Dinner Series underway with some great beer and food, as well as a special guest from Seattle, Bobby Wood.

Bobby Wood is an Advanced Cicerone®, brewer, bartender, and Seattle native. Bobby works with the Cicerone Certification Program providing community outreach and education in the Pacific Northwest, helping to bring knowledge about beer to the industry and its consumers. Bobby also works with 20 Corners Brewing and Happy Camper Cocktail Company making and serving libations.

This dinner will feature an exciting lineup with some of Bobby’s favorite breweries from the Seattle area, including Holy Mountain, Skookum, Urban Family, and more. These are breweries not distributed on this side of the state, so this is a great opportunity to drink some amazing beers that you will generally only find at Nectar. Bobby is working with our own Chef Steven to come up with the perfect pairings for each beer, and will be talking to us about his process with pairing beers with food.

This event is a great opportunity to learn about these beers and pairings from one of the few Advanced Cicerones in Washington State.
