Wine maker Dave Phinney is a wine trail blazer. In 1998 he started Orin Swift Winery and created the iconic brand “The Prisoner.” After selling the brand he continued his renegade project Orin Swift and has since garnered world wide attention with his style and creativity. His “Locations” project was started to break out of the box of being a regional winery and to create great wine from various iconic locations around the world.

Nectar’s Chef Steven Swanson has created a five course meal showcasing the five wine regions highlighted in the Locations wine portfolio. Each course will be regionally specific to match the concept of the wine. Space is limited for this fun and unique plated dinner.
