Nectar is extremely excited to welcome back Skylite Cellars for the month of September 2018. To celebrate Greg, Ashley and baby Vera will be joining us for for a wine maker dinner on September 28.

Skylite Cellars was a Nectar partner winery from 2011 to 2017 and the first winery to jump on board with our Nectar Tasting Room co-op concept. Not only does Greg make amazing wine from various Walla Walla and Columbia Valley vineyards, he, Ashley and their family are dear friends of Nectar.

Lobster and apple salad
Butter poached lobster with green bluff apples, serrano ham, arugula and a passion fruit accompanied with a coconut tamarind dressing
Paired with Skylite Vera VRM

Ahi poke/ mock sashimi 
Tuna cubes with serrano chili, avocados, soy sauce, sesame, wonton chips and a shiso leaf vinaigrette / watermelon and daikon radish mock sashimi pea and mint wasabi and sweet soy
Paired with Skylite Vera Rose

Tabacco Pork Shank
Tobacco smoked pork shank rubbed with bbq spices. Served with sweet potato puree greens and three bbq sauces

Beef Wellington
Shoulder tenders with mushroom duxelle wrapped in prosciutto and puff pastry topped with pickled mustard seeds and whipped potatoes

Pumpkin Caramel Plums
Hidden acres (green bluff) Italian plums with a Pumpkin and cinnamon custard, hot spiced cider and salted caramel
Paired with Skylite Soiree
