This five course plated dinner includes five delicious wines, great history and stories from Denise, and a great time with friends. Space is limitd to just 30 guests so don’t delay. Apertif

Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Champagne to enjoy as we gather

First Course

Dry rubbed BBQ shrimp and bacon on a fennel and pink lady apple slaw.

Paired with Isenhower Rara Avis Grenache Blend

Second Course

Beef consume “rich fortified beef broth“ with turned vegetables.

Paired with Isenhower Jongleur Petit Verdot

Third Course

Jalapeño mustard and pistachio crusted Lamb. Chorizo sweet potato hash. Sour pickled onions and bread and butter pickled jalapeños.

Paired with Isenhower i-Label Cab Franc

Fourth Course

Steak Oscar; dry aged top sirloin with crab and bernaise. Glazed baby carrots and Boursin mashed potatoes
