Our popular Wine Wednesday dinner series returns for a post COVID-19 run and we look forward to celebrating with you. The series theme is “Between the Parallels” Spokane sits at the 47th Parallel and Chef Steven lives at the 49th Parallel. Each meal comes from regions between the two parallels around the world. As always each meal is paired with three wines that best fit the dishes.
