Events for September 2023

Ready for a fun date night out! Nectar is open for business and is hosting a four week summer date night pop up dinner series. Each Monday a new menu will be announced for a Friday dinner. Select your time and menu choices and enjoy a beautiful night out. Tell another couple and make it a double date night. Nectar at the 1889 Building is ready for your socially distanced date nights done right. Your dinner includes your first beverage (beer or wine).

Dates will be June 12, 19, 26 and July 10

Asian pork lettuce wraps – Marinated pork seared and chopped place in lettuce wrap with pickled vegetables and cabbage

Shrimp ceviche – Shrimp, cucumber, onions, spicy chilies, avocado, cooked in lime juice.

Entrees (CHOOSE ONE)

Smoked Mushroom Stack – Roasted beets with Smoked portabella mushrooms, Caramelized onion, cauliflower couscous, Pickled veggies with a Romesco sauce and mushroom demi topped with smoked provolone cheese (Vegetarian)

Seared salmon with fresh pesto heirloom tomato salad served with chive mashed potatoes and asparagus

Pepper crusted coulotte steak- A smoked blue cheese and roasted garlic compound butter served with chive mash and asparagus

Dessert – Peach cobbler Ala mode
